Pierre-Etienne is a founder of Green Giraffe and has a long track record of bringing complex transactions to financial close across different markets.

Over the past 15 years, he has been supervising various European offshore wind fund raising transactions including non-recourse debt raising for multiple projects in excess of 1 GW. He has been involved in multiple M&A transactions, including buy- and sell-side solar, onshore and offshore (fixed and floating) wind projects at various stages of development in France, UK, Belgium, US and Germany for an aggregate capacity in excess of 5 GW. Pierre-Etienne has also been active in corporate M&A in relation to the sale and purchase of pan-European renewable energy developers.

Before founding Green Giraffe, Pierre-Etienne worked for 4 years in Dexia’s project finance team. During this period, he closed over 10 transactions in the public private partnership, transportation (asset financing) and renewable energy (solar, offshore and onshore wind farms) sectors.

Pierre Etienne graduated from the Ecole Centrale de Lyon and holds an MSc in finance from the ESCP-EAP business school, Paris.
